Coaching

How does Coaching work?

Life can be rather a wild ride at times – sometimes exhilarating, sometimes just plain scary! Having a buddy to ride alongside you can help you enjoy the ride, and get to the finish line relatively unscathed!

Come and work with me and you’ll find a whole new world to explore – one of a peaceful mind, that opens us up to absolute freedom and infinite possibility.

There are no tools and techniques, no strategies. This is an understanding that is not in your head – it goes beyond intellect. It’s not about setting goals and actions, and holding you to account – it’s about opening you up to your true nature, and allowing your potential to flourish.

I have conversations with people about some universal principles that explain what it is to be human, and how our minds work. As people understand this for themselves, their minds naturally quieten, and they open up to an inbuilt wisdom that works through them, allowing a space for magic to happen.

People change easily and effortlessly when they see things in a new way. Light-bulb moments can be an everyday occurrence and allow us to live with ease, and joy.

Insight creates a space for true, deep transformation – I get to be witness to that as I work with my clients.

If you’re ready to change, ready to wake up to the beautiful unfolding of life, and ready to see what magic we could create together in that space of insight, please get in touch – I’m looking forward to us beginning our conversation.

Coaching packages come in different shapes and sizes, and are usually designed to fit your unique needs, after we’ve had an initial exploratory conversation (usually on Skype, or over the phone – there is no fee for this contact)

Packages are priced from £300 to £3000, depending on how you would like to work with me.

Coaching can be arranged virtually – by phone or Skype – or in person.

For a deeper experience, individual and group retreats are available.

I am also available to speak to groups.
